Your Magical Christmas Eve Experience

They will be 'teleported' to the North Pole Grotto and meet real Elves. They will be shown their name on the "Nice List" and congratulated for their good behaviour. After a tour around the Grotto, they are told to go to bed nice early as he departs on route to their home.

Your personalised video can be stored for years to come and is a wonderful keepsake, it can be easily accessed from any phone, tablet, computer or smart TV.

The experience lasts for approximately 10 minutes and is suitable for children of all ages.

Santa has most names on his list - requesting a unique pronunciation will add a short delay.

This is where all the toys the Elves have made get painted and decorated!

After all the toys are made and decorated, they are sent here to get wrapped, it’s a job for the Elves to add the finishing touches.

Living Room

Welcome to the living room, you can often find Mrs Claus reading magical stories to the Elves and Santa enjoying a cup of his favourite hot chocolate in here.

Sleigh Garage

This is where the sleigh is stored until it's time for the big journey. The Elves are great at keeping it in tip-top condition! We do not have G.P.S here at the North Pole, we have E.P.S…. Our ‘Elf Planning System’ will help guide me to your home.
