Do you deliver to Ireland and will there be Irish customs charges?
We sure do! Customs charges could be payable upon delivery - this depends upon various factors due to Brexit and not everyone has to pay. We are not responsible for any additional charges after your order is dispatched.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to the UK, Republic and Northern Ireland. Personalised videos can be purchased and downloaded worldwide.
How is my order shipped?
We use a range of couriers, including Royal Mail and DPD.
How much is postage?
Delivery costs and time estimates to the UK and Ireland are calculated at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any personalised unwanted items.
Should I address the order to my child?
No, please ensure all orders are sent directly to an adult. Your items will be delivered inside generic outer packaging. For example; letters from Santa are folded and placed inside a kraft brown envelope - this is then delivered to you inside a plain white envelope. Your package may contain important health and safety information, instructions or marketing material.

When can I expect my order?
Due to the current climate, you may experience delays to your order which are out of our control. We cannot offer a specific delivery date due to the personalised nature of each product. All orders are dispatched quickly, and most arrive within 5 working days.
